1. Introduction and Scope: ONE NanoScience, Inc. (“ONS,”“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Nevada corporation operating the website at one-nano.com (the “Site”). The Site is a business-to-business (“B2B”) informational platform that presents our nano-emulsification and compound delivery technology to brand partners, formulation customers, investors, and other commercial counterparties. We do not sell consumer products directly through this Site. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from visitors to one-nano.com, how we use and protect that information, and the choices available to you. By visiting or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the data practices described in this Policy.

2.1  Information You Provide Directly:

  • Submit the contact form on the Site (name,business email address, phone number, company name, and role/inquiry type);
  • Subscribe to our newsletter or communications list (name and email address); or

We require our service providers to maintain appropriate security safeguards and to use your information only for the purpose of providing services to us. We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party websites linked from our Site.

5.  Data Retention: We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including:

  • Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 3 years for relationship management and legal compliance purposes, unless you request deletion.
